Terms and Conditions

Cleaning/Prep Fee - Includes your propane, cleaning and a full sanitized detail before you pick up your rental. The cleaning fee is $99. If the unit is brought back in an unreasonable condition (more dirty and unclean than a normal customer), an additional $50 will be taken out of the security deposit.

Colorado Road Safety Fee - This statute imposes a fee of $5.34 per day for rentals that are less than 45 days.

Mandatory Insurance Fee - Provides Comprehensive and Collision. Liability insurance is not provided! Proof of liability from your insurance company must be provided. Most insurance companies will provide you with a binder to cover the liability part for the rented camper from us. It is normally part of your vehicle insurance that extends to the trailer you are pulling, so it doesnt cost more. We will need that proof from your insurance company. If your insurance company cannot provide liability for the rental of this unit, liability insurance must be purchased from MBA Insurance. This can be done on the day of pick up along with the security deposit. All Class C campers will require a charge of $59/day for insurance. Call 970-302-2590 with questions.

A $1000 security deposit will be put on a credit card as a hold on day of pickup. In most cases this will be de-ducted from your credit card account but Anchor Point RV and Camper Rentals never ask to complete the transaction unless damage has been done to the rental. If no damage has occured, the hold will be voided and the money will be returned to your account.

A minimum of $250 will be made by the renter to hold the reservation. Full payment must be made 7 days before the start of the rental period. In order to get a full refund the renter must cancel the reservation 14 days before the start of the rental period. If the renter cancels the reservation between 8-13 days, $125 will be refunded to the renter. If the renter cancels the reservation 7 or less days before the reservation, the customer will lose the $250 reservation hold. ***Skid Steer Terms and Conditions Below:

Standard Delivery / Pick-up Fees: Delivery and pick-up is billed at $1.70 per mile loaded. There is a $60 minimum.
